RRQ Launches Talent Hunt for Honor of Kings Pros

After weeks of rumors, the renowned Indonesian esports organization RRQ has finally opened the doors to Honor of Kings players seeking professional opportunities. And here’s the good news: this recruitment extends beyond Indonesia.

In case you missed it, RRQ joined the Southeast Asian Honor of Kings esports ecosystem, with an official announcement expected soon. This move was confirmed by RRQ’s CEO, Andrian “AP” Pauline, who revealed that preparations for the RRQ HoK team lineup are underway.

This revelation sparked a flurry of online speculation about the team’s potential roster. Buzz intensified when RRQ posted a teaser featuring their legendary MLBB men, Diky “Tuturu” and William “Liam” Setiawan, sporting new jerseys. Given the already set composition of RRQ’s MLBB squad, it was clear there was no room for these two to rejoin, leading many to speculate they are stepping up for the HoK tournament.

Despite the buzz, RRQ has yet to finalize its HoK squad. To address this, they have announced open trials to scout new talent, scheduled for the near future. Aspiring players can find more information and register through the provided link.

To be eligible for the trials, players must have reached the Master/Grandmaster rank, with a preference for those who have played the Chinese version of HoK or other mobile MOBAs. While registration is available to players and teams from all around the world, earlier information indicated that RRQ is primarily looking for Southeast Asian talent.

The competition for HoK talent is expected to be fierce, with several other major SEA esports organizations also gearing up their teams. With a new competitive circuit promising fantastic prizes and the chance to secure a spot at the Esports World Cup 2024 in Saudi Arabia this summer, Honor of Kings is poised to become the standout mobile game of the year.
