Bigetron Esports Wants Mongolian Talent as the Country Reigns Supreme in PMGC 2023

In a remarkable display of prowess, Mongolian teams dominated the recently concluded PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2023 in Turkey, underscoring the region’s rapid rise in competitive mobile gaming. And Bigetron Esports’ top honcho, Edwin “Starlest” Chia, stands ready to capitalize on this golden opportunity to lure some top Mongolian talents, leaving no room for missed chances.

Through his recent statement on his personal X account, Starlest announced the opening of doors for aspiring Mongolian players eager to compete in PMSL 2024. Notably, this declaration followed closely on the heels of the conclusion of PMGC 2023’s grand finals.

This strategic move aligns with Starlest’s proactive approach to revamping the Bigetron Red Villains roster ahead of the PMSL 2024 season kick-off. Having earlier indicated the team’s intent to fill just two new positions, Starlest expressed the urgency to conduct swift trials and secure superior replacements.

The Indonesian fans, having caught wind of these developments, are now abuzz with speculation about the future of certain players, particularly veterans like Muhammad “Ryzen” Albi and Febrianto “Svafvel” Prakasa. Currently inactive and awaiting confirmation on contract renewals for the upcoming season, their status remains uncertain.

Should these anticipated transfers come to fruition, it will mark the second instance of Bigetron Esports importing players for their PUBG Mobile team. Their previous acquisition of Muhammad “uhigh” Dhiya Ulhaq from Malaysia showcased individual prowess over the past year.

Bolstered by Mongolia’s stellar performance in PMGC 2023, Bigetron holds lofty expectations for the country’s talents to restore the organization’s standing at the pinnacle of PUBG Mobile competition. After impressive triumphs in PMCO Fall Split Global Finals 2019 and PMWL 2020: East, the Red Robot has grappled with maintaining consistency on both the national and international circuits. The unexpected setback of failing to advance to the Grand Finals of PMGC 2023 on November 26 has only intensified their resolve for a resurgence.
